Pacesetter Homes is an Edmonton home builder, part of the Qualico Group of Companies, and was founded in 1998. Pacesetter Homes offers both multi- and single-family homes in Edmonton and surrounding areas. Marketing Ninjas and Pacesetter Homes teamed up back in February 2013 and haven’t looked back.
Pacesetter Homes wanted to move forward, and fully embrace digital marketing as a whole. However, they didn’t have much experience and prior to meeting with Marketing Ninjas, hadn’t even heard of inbound marketing.
As a result, the lead generation was basically non-existent and data collection was minimal at best. This meant reporting and analytics fell by the wayside.
Enter Marketing Ninjas.
Then to Now
Historically, one of the biggest issues Pacesetter Homes had was with traffic. The chart below shows the comparison between 2013 to 2014.
Taking into account the seasonal trends, website traffic increased steadily throughout the first year, and has continued that way since.
What Was Done
Working as an extension of the current marketing team at Pacesetter Homes, Marketing Ninjas outlined and implemented marketing processes, specifically introducing Inbound Marketing, to work in conjunction with other marketing efforts.
An average of 8 blog posts per month
Email marketing tactics including a bi-weekly newsletter, additional promotional content, and contact and list segmentation and management
Social media posting and boosting through multiple platforms
Campaigns for events and time-sensitive promotions (on an as-needed basis)
One new premium content piece per month
